Flat Roofs

Flat Roof Installers

As flat roof installers, we can supply and fit both EPDM Rubber Flat Roofs and Fibreglass Flat Roofs.

EPDM Flat Roofs offer many benefits, including fire-resistance, being waterproof and protection from all types of weather such as snow, wind and hail, as well as humid summers and freezing winters. They are durable and built to last, maintaining their structure for at least 20 years.

Fibreglass Flat Roofs are as flexible as they are stunning, providing different trims, shapes and styles to match the shape of your roof. Like EPDM roofing, they have no seams so are also waterproof, weather-resistant and strong. They are easy to clean and maintain and last around 20 years.

Popular Questions

There are two types of flat roof - EPDM Rubber and Fibreglass. We will be able to recommend which is the best type for you.

Both an EPDM rubber roof and a fibreglass flat roof will last up to 20 years if installed by a professional and expert team.

You can pay for any of our services by cash or bank transfer.

The Process

See how our flat roof installers install EPDM Rubber Roofing below:

  • We clean your roof surface to free it of damp, dust and dirt.
  • We then install a drip batten and drip trim to allow rainwater to reach your gutters.
  • Deck adhesive is applied and the rubber membrane is placed over the roof deck. We may also use contact adhesive.
  • Flashing tape is added to help waterproof the rubber membrane.
  • A plug and fastener are used to hold the membrane in place.
  • Any excess material is folded around roof edges and a trim corner and fit trim is installed.
